Dear Julie,

The west coast of the island was least affected by Ivan, since the hurricane passed to the south of the island. St.Joseph (east) and St.Philip (south-east) were the most heavily affected parishes.

The damage in Barbados was nothing compared to that in Grenada and St.Lucia. In fact things are really back to normal here, and you could hardly tell that a hurricane passed by last week.
